We've had the pleasure of the company of the West Phoenix oil rig over the winter - she needed a safe haven for the winter after being damaged during bad storms in January 2015 - but two tugs sailed in through the Sutor's this morning and there's a definite increase in activity - so maybe she's about to leave us...
